The HOIG Workout

The hover position creates constant full-body tension from the first second. Unlike traditional equipment that isolates muscle groups, HOIG activates your entire tensegrity network — muscles, fascia, stabilisers, and deep connective tissue — simultaneously. The vibration you feel through your body is your muscles communicating. The harder the hold, the deeper the activation.

Static Holds

Hold the hover position at any of 13 adjustable heights. Each position changes the angle of resistance and the muscles under load. Even 60 seconds changes how your body feels.

Dynamic Training

Push-ups, rows, pull-ups, explosive bursts, and calisthenic movements — all performed from the hover position with full-body tension as your baseline load.

Equipment Loaded
